Gingerlily offers a refund or repair to items purchased for a period of 3 months on products that are faulty and the fault is not due to normal wear & tear or misuse.

Please note:

Gingerlily is unable to refund items that are made with elastic.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not completely happy with your Gingerlily purchase, we will provide a full refund with in 14 days of purchase.  All goods must be returned in unworn, original condition with swing tag attached and original packaging.

If you would like an exchange, please include a pre paid express postage bag, so that we can post your exchange to you. We ask that you return goods by registered post, as we can not be held responsible for lost items.

If you would like a more expensive item, full payment must be received before shipping.  

Please note:

Custom orders are not refundable unless they are faulty.

Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.


All refunds will be provided by the original payment method.
